At Baobab Collection, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury home fragrance experience. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return unused and unopened items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our client services team via the online portal or email to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide your order details.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repackage your items in their original Baobab Collection box and protective materials to ensure the hand-blown glass remains intact during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your parcel, ensuring any previous delivery barcodes are completely covered or removed.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items for quality and condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
